Textile waste and recyclable fibers are separated according to type and quality characteristics.
Grinding and Fiber Opening
Selected textile materials are opened and processed in a controlled manner to return them to fiber form.
Blending and Processing
Fibers are blended according to the target product recipe; homogeneity and processing characteristics are prepared.
Spinning and Yarn Formation
The prepared fiber blend is converted into yarn with the required count and characteristics using the open-end spinning system.
Weaving or Knitting
The yarns produced become suitable for weaving or knitting processes in different textile applications.
Finishing
Products are prepared for delivery through quality checks, packaging and shipment preparation.
